Pakistan: FREE on orders of Rs. 2,000 and above. Rs. 200 on orders under Rs. 2,000. Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan.
UK, USA & UAE: flat rate for parcels up to 2 kg, shown at checkout.

Processing
Ready-stock orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Stitched and made-to-order pieces take about 7–10 days before dispatch. Urgent stitching: delivered within Pakistan in 3 days. Bridal and heavily embroidered pieces can take longer, and we confirm the lead time before production starts.

Shipping (after dispatch)
Pakistan: 3–5 working days
International, standard: 15–20 working days
International, express (FedEx or DHL): 5–7 working days, on request, with extra charges paid by the customer

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Customs
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

30-day exchange
You can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order, in Pakistan and internationally. Contact us within this time and we will gladly arrange it.

Items eligible for exchange or return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all original tags and packaging.
• Unstitched fabric must be uncut and unwashed.

Items not eligible

• Stitched-to-measure, made-to-order, bespoke and customised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Colour and finish
Colours may look slightly different from the photos because of screen settings and lighting. This is not considered a defect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability at that time. If the size or design you want is not available, we will offer a refund instead. The buyer pays the return courier charges, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

How to return an item

1. Take clear photos of the item (and of the defective part, if there is one).
2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Email info@atonlinestore.com or WhatsApp +92 347 0630598 with your order number, the photos, and whether you want a return or an exchange.
4. We will give you the return address. Send the parcel with a tracked courier and share the tracking number with us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method, or by bank transfer if you paid by cash on delivery. Bank transfers may take another 2–4 business days to reach your account. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Your rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Every piece is made with care in our own mill and studio, so please keep a few things in mind:

• Small differences are natural. Our suits are embroidered and embellished, some details by hand, so the final piece may differ slightly (about 5–10%) from the photos in placement, density or shade. We always keep these differences as small as possible.
• Colours on screen. Studio lighting, editing and different phone or laptop screens can make a colour look slightly lighter or darker than the real fabric.
• Sequins, beads and stones. On embellished pieces, a few sequins or beads may loosen with wear. This is part of handwork and is not considered a fault. If you'd like, our studio can secure them for you.
• What's in the photo. Jewellery, bags, shoes and other styling accessories are for the photoshoot only and are not included unless the product description says so.
• Something wrong with your order? If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it. See our full 30-day exchange policy.

If you choose "Stitched", our in-house AT80 Stitching Studio prepares your outfit. Please note:

• Fit and measurements. We stitch from our size chart or your own measurements. Handmade stitching can differ by around 1 inch from the chart. For the closest fit, choose "My measurements" or share a well-fitting shirt size on WhatsApp.
• Sleeves are always included. Every stitched outfit comes with sleeves, or the sleeve fabric, even if the model photo shows a sleeveless or short-sleeve look.
• Modest finishing. Where a design in the photo is sheer or revealing, we add lining or adjust the cut so the outfit is modest and comfortable to wear.
• Photoshoot styling. Some details in photos (extra flare, length, layering or draping) are styled for the shoot. Your stitched outfit follows the actual fabric and the design you select.
• Timing. Standard and made-to-order stitching ships in about 7–10 days. Urgent stitching (+Rs 500) is delivered within Pakistan in 3 days. Stitching charges for customised and urgent orders are paid in advance.

Keep your outfit looking new for longer:

1. Embroidered, embellished and partywear pieces: dry clean only.
2. Lawn and cotton: before stitching, soak the fabric in plain water for about 15 minutes. This reduces shrinkage after the first wash.
3. Dhanak and khaddar: gentle hand wash in cold water, or dry clean for heavily embroidered suits.
4. Wash colours separately, especially dark and bright shades, for the first few washes.
5. No bleach or stain removers. They can damage the fabric and the embroidery.
6. Don't wring or twist wet fabric. Press out water gently to avoid creases and colour marks.
7. Dry in the shade. Direct sunlight can fade colours.
8. Iron on medium heat, on the reverse side over embroidery.

Please follow the care advice for your fabric. We can't accept claims for damage caused by washing methods other than those recommended.
