SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We deliver across Pakistan and worldwide.

Processing time

  • Ready stock: orders ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made to order: produced in our own studio. Lead time is 10–15 business days before dispatch.

Shipping charges

  • Pakistan: free shipping on all orders.
  • USA and Canada: flat rate $49
  • UK: flat rate £18
  • UAE: flat rate AED 39

These flat rates apply to orders up to 2 kg. Heavier orders, and all other countries, are charged by weight, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Our store charges in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Prices shown in other currencies on the site are approximate, and the final amount is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)

  • Pakistan: 3–5 days
  • International, standard delivery: 15–20 days
  • International, express delivery (FedEx or DHL): 5–7 days

Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. Your total waiting time is the processing time plus the delivery time. For example, a ready-stock order to the UK by standard delivery arrives in about 16–23 days from purchase, and a made-to-order piece takes the 10–15 day lead time plus delivery.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, customs and your location.

Express delivery
Express delivery via FedEx or DHL is available on request for international orders. Please contact us before ordering. Any extra shipping charges for express delivery are paid by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available in Pakistan only. Please see our Terms of Service for details.

Delays
Weather, courier issues or fuel costs can sometimes delay shipments. We will keep you updated and do our best to minimise any delay.

Address accuracy
Please give us a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because of incorrect details.
