PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time for order verification, crafting, assembling, quality check, and packaging will be up to 1-3 days before shipping.

For local orders, It usually takes 3-6 business days for our team to create and finalize your custom craft before it is shipped to you.

For International orders, It usually takes 7-12 business days for our team to create and finalize your custom craft before it is shipped to you.

Sometimes, we need to work with you to adjust your designs via email  or WhatsApp so that your custom craft looks its best! In these cases, it may take more than 6 business days for us to ship your order
