TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to AT Online Store (atonlinestore.com), operated from Faisalabad, Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen because of lighting and display settings. Embroidery, prints and dyeing are done in-house, so small natural variations can occur and are not considered defects. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering. Unstitched items are sold as fabric and are not tailored.

2. Prices and currency
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR), and checkout is in PKR. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for your convenience. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Ready stock and made-to-order items
Ready-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items are produced for you and take 10–15 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order and custom-size items cannot be cancelled once production has started, and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Cash on delivery (Pakistan only)
Cash on delivery is available in Pakistan only. Under the rules of cash on delivery in Pakistan, the courier will not allow you to open the package before payment. You have the right to return the package only after you have paid and acknowledged the delivery. If you want to return or exchange it, please notify us after payment, and send the package back at your own expense (unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect). Please do not ask the delivery person to open the package before you pay, as this is against the rules of cash on delivery. Orders may be refused or cancelled if repeated cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.

7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges, processing times, delivery times, express options and customs rules are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
In short, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving an eligible item in Pakistan, or within 14 days for international orders. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us if it changes.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, photos, designs, text, product names and brand names, belongs to AT Online Store or AT Group, or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or submit false orders or information.

12. Wholesale and stitching services
Wholesale orders, private-label work and AT|80 Stitching Studio services are quoted and agreed separately and may have their own terms.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, customs, weather or strikes. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be handled by contacting us and trying to resolve it in good faith.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and using the site after an update means you accept it.
