Shipping Information

International Shipping: Please note that shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated at the time of dispatch/delivery.
The final shipping cost depends on Package weight & destination
Once your order is ready for shipment, our team will share the exact shipping charges for confirmation before dispatch.
For international deliveries custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or local authorities.

Delivery charges
Pakistan: FREE on orders of Rs. 2,000 and above. Rs. 200 on orders under Rs. 2,000. Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan.
UK, USA & UAE: flat rate for parcels up to 2 kg, shown at checkout.

Processing
Ready-stock orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Stitched and made-to-order pieces take 10–15 business days before dispatch. Urgent stitching: delivered within Pakistan in 3 days. Bridal and heavily embroidered pieces can take longer, and we confirm the lead time before production starts.

Shipping (after dispatch)
Pakistan: 3–5 working days
International, standard: 15–20 working days
International, express (FedEx or DHL): 5–7 working days, on request, with extra charges paid by the customer

You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Customs
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

30-day exchange
You can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order, in Pakistan and internationally. Contact us within this time and we will gladly arrange it.

Items eligible for exchange or return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Unstitched fabric must be uncut and unwashed.

Items not eligible

Stitched-to-measure, made-to-order, bespoke and customised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Colour and finish
Colours may look slightly different from the photos because of screen settings and lighting. This is not considered a defect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability at that time. If the size or design you want is not available, we will offer a refund instead. The buyer pays the return courier charges, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

How to return an item

Take clear photos of the item (and of the defective part, if there is one).
Pack the item in its original packaging.
Email info@atonlinestore.com or WhatsApp +92 347 0630598 with your order number, the photos, and whether you want a return or an exchange.
We will give you the return address. Send the parcel with a tracked courier and share the tracking number with us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method, or by bank transfer if you paid by cash on delivery. Bank transfers may take another 2–4 business days to reach your account. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

SF Couture Recreation is designed and made by AT Group in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Because we source, print, dye and stitch in-house at Ameen Textile Mills and the AT|80 Stitching Studio, you get mill-direct quality without reseller mark-ups.

Care instructions

Dry clean recommended for the first wash. Afterwards hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water, wash dark colours separately, and iron on the reverse side.

Size and fit

Check the size chart before ordering and compare it with your bust, waist and hip measurements. Between sizes? Choose the larger size or message us on WhatsApp for custom sizing.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver in Pakistan with cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan and you can open your parcel to check it before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 2,000 and above, and Rs. 200 on orders under Rs. 2,000. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.

Do I need to pay anything in advance?
Normal orders are full cash on delivery. A 50% advance is needed only for customised orders, and a 30% advance for orders above Rs. 20,000.

Can I exchange it?
Yes. You can exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and unwashed with its tags (unstitched fabric must be uncut). Stitched-to-measure and customised orders can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

Do you ship to the UK, USA and UAE?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with flat rates for parcels up to 2 kg to the UK, USA and UAE. Standard delivery takes 15 to 20 working days; express (5 to 7 working days) is available on request.
